Sterling Mahomes enjoys his outdoor gym. Brittany Mahomes’ coach, Betina Gozo, shared a video on her Instagram stories showing little Sterling, who just turned 3 years old, exercising with her own coach, Aluna.
Gozo, Brittany Mahomes’ coach, shared the clip with the following text: “Birthday girl Sterling getting her work in with coach Aluna,” alluding to her daughter Aluna who accompanied her to training and shares the exercise routine with Sterling.
Brittany Mahomes keeps her followers up to date with the tender and fun moments she spends with her family, especially with her little ones Sterling and Bronze. Likewise, she shares videos on her social media of her doing her exercise routines.
So it’s no wonder that her daughter Sterling, who always sees her mother working out and accompanies her in her routines, seeks to have fun while exercising even though she is only 3 years old.

Sterling Mahomes, born in 2021, is the eldest daughter of Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback and his wife, Brittany, the little girl has gone from a baby to a toddler as she turns three. So, to celebrate, she donned angel wings as she watched her whole family and enjoyed teacup-shaped cookies and butterflies, too.
The family seemed to coordinate on white/grey t-shirts and jumpers with the exception of the birthday girl, who got to wear a pink dress with red flowers decorating it as her father held her whilst her mother held her sibling.
