Today marks the 46th birthday of all-time great NFL superstar Tom Brady. Given his status as one of history’s greatest athletes, the sports world has flooded Brady with birthday messages on his special day. One message came from his longtime former New England Patriots organization, which shared an Instagram post celebrating his birthday on Thursday morning.
Brady responded to this post with a simple message: “Love you @patriots,” he wrote.

Brady suited up for the Patriots for 20 NFL seasons, bringing the franchise six Super Bowl trophies and quarterbacking one of the greatest dynasties in league history. Though he finished his NFL career with three seasons in Tampa Bay, it’s clear the Patriots still have a lot of love for their quarterback — and that feeling is mutual. The Patriots will honor Brady with a special ceremony before the team’s season opener at Gillette Stadium on Sep. 10.
