Lined up like ducks in a row were Eagles players Kelce, Hurts and Swift. A silly, innocent order of words, right? Wrong. Fans were quick to take note of the ironic phrasing given the whirlwind romance of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.

Is the NFL leaking part of its script? Jason Kelce won’t be too happy with the writing, as he’s still trying to win over Swift’s father, Scott, who grew up an Eagles fan but has since been adopted into Chiefs kingdom. The couple seems to be going strong, so much so that engagement rumors have begun over a ring Kelce bought for Swift’s birthday. But that hasn’t stopped the teasing of Swift, who’s known for writing breakup songs.
“Karma is the guy on the Chiefs,” she sang in Buenos Aires during the Eras Tour concert her boyfriend attended. Was she herself predicting something? “Coming straight home to me,” she sang, finishing out the lyrics as written. The Chief is certainly smitten with her, adoring the picture of her hanging in Gillette Stadium before his game against the Patriots. Swift has stated the Boston stadium is one of her favorites, and the compliment is certainly reciprocated.
