Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and his girlfriend Bryonna “Bry” Burrows appear to be going strong. The couple made a rare red carpet appearance at the TIME100 Next Gala on Tuesday at Second in New York City, where they were dressed to the nines in coordinated ensembles.
Hurts, 25, was dapper in a black suit jacket and pants with a white undershirt, while Burrows looked stunning in a cut-out black gown. The Pro Bowl quarterback had social media buzzing when he was first spotted with Burrows at the NFC Championship game in January, following the Eagles’ victory over the 49ers. Hurts and Burrows were seen hugging on the field before they exited Lincoln Financial Field together.

Hurts opened up about the relationship in a cover story for Essence in April. “I’m not married or anything like that,” he said at the time. “But I am spoken for.”

Hurts has been dating Burrows on and off since their days at the University of Alabama, where the signal-caller played for three seasons before transferring to the University of Oklahoma in 2019. The brunette works as an IT professional at IBM, according to her LinkedIn profile. The third annual event celebrated TIME’s list of 100 rising stars who are defining the next generation of leadership in business, entertainment, sports, politics and more, which included Hurts.
The quarterback, who led the Eagles to the Super Bowl in February, when they lost to the Chiefs, landed one of TIME100’s three covers for its 2023 issue. Hurts agreed to a record-breaking five-year, $255 million contract extension with the Eagles in April. The Eagles (6-1) visit the Washington Commanders (3-4) on Oct. 29.
