The worst NFL take of the offseason is now officially off the table thanks to FS1’s Ric Bucher. On yesterday’s edition of Speak, Bucher made the asinine statement that not only CAN Joe Burrow dethrone Patrick Mahomes as best QB in the NFL, but that he already has.
The “already has” portion of what he’s saying is technically true considering Joe and the Bengals did beat KC to get to the Super Bowl in 2022. But as far as accomplishments go, Burrow is severely lacking and it’s impossible to say that there’s anyone in Mahomes’ league at this point.
