As per Tuko, Angel’s father Michael Reese tried his luck in professional basketball during his stay in Luxembourg, Cyprus, Portugal, and Australia. He was a former athlete who also played football for Boston and Maryland. On the other hand, Angel’s mother professionally represented Luxembourg in basketball and was also a UMBC star during her days in the late 80s and early 90s.
For the record, she scored 1390 points 932 rebounds, and 132 block shots during her entire career according to a YT short from whistlesports. She was awarded the UMBC Female Athlete of the Year in 1992 and also made it to First-Team All-East Conference honors in 1991 and 1992.
