So, like many NBA players before him, Stephen Curry has transformed into a consummate golfer as well. Of course, being an active participant in the game pits him against other golfers. Recently, a unique matchup was ticketed where Curry got to stand next to a player whose game has often drawn comparisons to the Warriors’ No. 30.
A viral image in the build-up to the contest has raised questions about Stephen Curry’s height. More accurately, his height as compared to another professional who enjoys golfing: NFL Quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

As you can see, Patrick Mahomes seems to be leaning just a little bit to give his shoulder to a hand in the photo. That’s a pose that would have a person crouch slightly. Then again, as previously noted, the two aren’t in a sports environment, so there’s no saying what kind of shoes they are wearing and specifically, what kind of heels those shoes have.
Clearly, there are several aspects that can play a role in the picture. With both of them being in their prime and physically fit, there’s no question of slouching or bad posture, though.
The reason behind the picture is even more exciting
Certainly, diehard fans will already have a word about who they think is the taller among the two. For the record, though, Stephen Curry’s height on his official NBA page is 6’2. Meanwhile, Patrick Mahome’s height online is listed at 6’22, making Mahome a clear winner.
Now, the question of why these two star athletes were snapped together. The Match is a golf tournament that seeks to support the cause, No Kid Goes Hungry. After Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers defeated Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen in last year’s contest, the tournament has decided to make it an interleague showdown.
