Raising children is an extremely challenging but extremely rewarding endeavor, but every parent is allowed to have a moan at times about the challenges that are presented. That is exactly what Brittany Mahomes has done on Twitter. She is the wife of Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and they are currently raising their small family, which includes seven-month-old Bronze.
One of the hardest challenges of raising children is getting them to sleep for long periods of time. That is made even harder if there are fireworks going on outside the house.

That was the case late on Saturday night for Brittany Mahomes, as a result of some Fourth of July weekend fireworks. “When ya got baby’s sleeping you really hate fireworks,” she said.
“When ya got baby’s sleeping you really hate fireworks 😂🤦🏼♀️”
The responses were full of agreement and kind regards for Brittany and her issue. “Facts,” one user replied, whilst another shared pictures of their own sleeping children and said “Feel your pain”.
Fireworks are also often a pain for those that have pets, as the loud noises can be frightening and cause them to flee. “Yep! Plus having a pet that lived through a tornado, this isn’t a fun time of the year for our household!” explained another follower of Brittany Mahomes.
Trying to give Brittany the bigger picture as to why her hardship is necessary, one person shared some words of encouragement. “They’ll pay you back soon, promise,” that user wrote. “Their love of them in a few years will re-kindle yours. Different kind of late nights before you know it.”
Brittany and Patrick Mahomes are often very open on social media about their family and what they get up to when Patrick is not away playing football.
