A Day Into Angel Reese’s ‘Shaq Picked’ NIL Deal, $1 Million Worth LSU Star Scouts Another Career Choice

Angel Reese is getting all the attention from all the big names associated with basketball. No one can take their eyes off when she steps inside the basketball court. Her talent and charisma have made her a certified star. As a result of her fame, the Bayou Barbie has entered the millionaire club. However, popular basketball analyst LaChina Robinson feels she should get more.  Let’s dig in to find out why she feels the NCAA champion should get more money.

Angel Reese enters the Reebok family

Reebok has recently appointed the NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal as their new president of Reebok. Further, the very first order of business executed by him is to bring LSU tiger Angel Reese on board. As a part of this NIL deal, Reese will be positioned at the forefront of Reebok lifestyle, fashion, and performance product stories. Reacting to the deal, WNBA analyst– LaChina Robinson– posted a tweet on her Twitter account captioned, “I want Angel Reese to get ALL this money. Period.”

Reports say that Reebok has signed Reese on a multi-year NIL deal. With this move, Shaq is hoping to bring Reebok’s basketball market back on track.

Angel Reese took little time to respond. She reposted the tweet with an innocent question, “I love youuuu. Can I still do an internship with you????.” Angel Reese already has more than a million dollars in her bank account. Her latest NIL deal with Reebok places her among the richest athletes in the country. It’s no surprise she’s thinking about alternative career options.

How much money does Angel Reese make?

Angel Reese is one of the wealthiest basketball player. The 2023 most outstanding player has 17 NIL deals to her name. Apparently, this is the most in the history of NIL deals for college athletes regardless of gender. McDonalds, Amazon, Outback Steakhouse, Wingstop, and Xfinity are some of the heavyweights included in the list. In addition to this, Angel Reese’s current NIL value is a whopping $ 1.3 million.

Interestingly, before she won the NCAA championship, this number sat at around $ 485,000. Talk about getting a raise! Furthermore, she is making more money than most of the pros. Angel accepted just about any offer that was coming her way at the beginning of her career. However, she is very selective when it comes to endorsement deals now.

It can be hardly argued that Angel Reese is on her way to becoming one of the biggest names in basketball. We will have to wait and see if she can grow her bank account to be the biggest as well.
