Brittany Mahomes is a polarizing figure in the NFL. While some love her for her sideline photoshoots, others can’t help but seem to dislike her presence. But did you know Brittany met Patrick Mahomes at the University of Tyler, Texas? Well, the rest is history. She played soccer in college and is now a fitness influencer and co-owner of the KC NWSL Pro Women’s Soccer Team.
She has been with Mahomes through thick and thin and can often be spotted at the Kansas City Chiefs games. Sometimes, she could be spotted with her mother, Diana Lindenberg. This mother-daughter duo has a tight relationship with each other, and they have stuck together through some pretty tough times.
Who is Brittany Mahomes’ mother, Diana Lindenberg?
The Chiefs’ quarterback’s wife was born to Diana Massey and Scott Matthews. Diana Massey was born in 1957 in Whitehouse, Texas. She went to the University of Tyler, Texas, and her daughter followed in her footsteps a couple of decades later. By profession, Brittany’s mother is a healthcare professional and works at UT Health East Texas as a Physical Therapist Associate since September 2021. She provides essential care and support to patients on their road to recovery.

She is also a mother of three: two boys and Brittany herself. The boys’ names are Devin and Landon (Brittany’s half-brother). She has been married three times. First, she was married to Brittany’s biological father, Scott Matthews, whom she divorced. Later, she married Paul Massey, who unfortunately passed away because of a cerebrovascular condition outside Arrowhead Stadium. She then got hitched in 2021 and changed her last name to Lindenberg. There isn’t a lot of information available on her current significant other.
Her Instagram account shows that she is involved in Brittany Mahomes’s life. The mother-daughter duo can often be seen hanging out at family gatherings.
Brittany Mahomes and her mother are pretty active on social media!
Diana’s Instagram account has a lot of pictures showing the duo enjoying their time together. She loves to celebrate special occasions. So is it surprising that she regularly posts pictures with her children and grandchildren? Not at all! Further, she is also a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan and can be seen cheering for them.

Her life seems family-centric, as she posts pictures with her new husband and sons most of the time. In one instance, we even saw Patrick Mahomes attending the family gathering. Hopefully, she will attend the 2024 Super Bowl and get together with the Chiefs squad. What do you think?
