Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City-area properties were both burglarized last month, according to reports.
TMZ Sports claims the break-in at Mahomes’ luxury mansion in Belton, Missouri was first reported at around midnight on October 6.
Kelce’s lavish home in Leawood, Kansas is then said to have been targeted just hours later on October 7 – the same day the Chiefs beat the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead with Taylor Swift in the stands.
It is currently unclear if anything was taken from either house, with officials still investigating both incidents.
The burglary at Kelce’s property is believed to have been flagged to police sometime on October 8.
The Chiefs duo may well have been victims of a larger crime spree in the Kansas City area last month, TMZ’s report adds.
Swift was cheering on Kelce and Mahomes in Kansas City’s Monday Night Football showdown with New Orleans on the day her boyfriend’s home was burglarized.
In a 26-13 victory for the hosts, which maintained their unbeaten start to the season, Mahomes completed 28 of his 39 passes with 331 yards and an interception. Kelce, meanwhile, had nine catches for 70 yards.
The latter moved into his Leawood estate after his high-profile romance with Swift went public last year in a bid for more privacy.
