The hype surrounding the Kansas City Chiefs’ new-look offense continues to build as the defending Super Bowl champions continue their organized team activities in Western Missouri. On Tuesday, Patrick Mahomes was seen connecting with free agent addition Marquise “Hollywood” Brown deep downfield in practice, marking one of the first times that fans witnessed the pair in action together.
Brown, who also happened to celebrate his birthday on June 4, was featured by the team in a post on its social media pages that had users on Twitter buzzing.

The defensive back who was in coverage against Brown on the play seemed to have his hands full with the veteran receiver’s blazing speed. Chiefs fans are sure to hope that connections like this become commonplace between Mahomes and Brown during the regular season, but will have to wait a few more months to see the duo in live-game action.
