This attempt to lure Tom Brady back out of retirement by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has to be one of the best representations of what beating a dead horse means. Bucs’ safety Antoine Winfield Jr. just made an appearance on a podcast where he shows his true colors. In fact, there might be a collective feeling amongst Buccaneers players that they can convince Brady to un-retire once again for next season.
Currently, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are have an upcoming battle for the QB 1 position between none ofther than Baker Mayfield and Kyle Trask. They have already been battling it out since the pre-season began but that didn’t stop Winfield Jr, from saying: “I’m sure we’re still reaching out to him, trying to see if he’s trying to come back to the team. Hey, it could happen. Anything’s possible.”
The safety said this on The Richard Sherman Podcast last Wednesday, an admission that airs what some of the Bucs players feel deep inside. Saying anything is possible with this topic may be a symptom that they miss their former QB because there is no indication Brady will return. Thinking this could happen is also a result of Tom Brady’s final year in which he did retire once and decided to un-retire just a few days after his first announcement. But rumors have flooded Tom Brady’s DMs and metions for months, he’s always done his best in order to squash them.

Tom Brady is sadly not coming back from retirement
No matter how many times people try to get him back to suiting up, Tom Brady has made his choice and he is not returning to play. Currently, he is having too much fun enjoying his time with his kids and his friends. Also, he is attending parties and public events left and right. Many different rumors about Tom Brady keep coming out on a daily basis, this one is unfortunately another false claim that only serves to get people excited and quickly disappointed when they realize it’s not true. We are not saying the Tampa Bay Buccaneers haven’t tried to gt Tom Brady back, all we say is that he is the one who keeps repeating this is not happening.
