Pregnant Brittany Mahomes Shares Why She Could “Cry” After This Maternity Milestone

Brittany Mahomes—who is expecting her third baby with husband Patrick Mahomes—shared she got emotional after completing a pregnancy photo shoot, saying, “I could cry.”  Brittany Mahomes is getting closer to the end zone of her pregnancy.

The 28-year-old—who is expecting her third baby with husband Patrick Mahomes—shared that she got super emotional about welcoming a new addition to the family after finishing her big maternity photo shoot.  “Just did my maternity shoot and I could cry,” Brittany wrote in a Nov. 26 Instagram Story. “Can’t believe I’m gonna have another little babe.”

Alongside her message, the former soccer player—who also shares daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 21-months with Patrick—shared a glimpse at her full glam for the occasion, which included her dirty blonde locks cascading in loose waves and a baby pink-themed makeup look as a nod to her and the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback revealing that they’re expecting a girl.

Shouting out her makeup artist Bex Pichelmann and hair stylist Laurabeth Cabott for helping her achieve the gorgeous look, Brittany added, “Always slaying.”  And a maternity shoot isn’t the only way Brittany is making memories before baby No. 3 arrives. Last month, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model gave a peek at some quality time she and Patrick spent with their children during an unforgettable family outing to the zoo.

In one photo from the animal-filled day shared to her Instagram Story Oct. 10, Patrick held Bronze in his arms while they came face to face with a majestic lion through the enclosure. And to Brittany’s surprise, their little one wasn’t fazed by the encounter.  “Bronze is scared of a lot of things,” she wrote atop the image, “but was not scared of this lion.”

And Brittany’s been able to fit in some quality self-care time during her pregnancy as well. In fact, she previously celebrated the progress she’s made inside the gym since fracturing her back earlier this year.  “First time to back squat in probably like over a year since dealing with my back injury,” Brittany wrote in an Aug. 19 Instagram Story. “Felt sooooo good!”
