In the post, Brittany, 28, took a video of herself in her spacious, modern kitchen. The NFL Wag went completely makeup-free, and had her hair pulled up into a high, messy bun. Brittany showed off her cleavage in a plunging v-neck bra top, and added a bit of glam with an assortment of sparkling jewelry.
The social media influencer filmed herself holding a ginger shot toward the camera, and jokingly asked, “How many ginger shots can you take in a day,” along with a laughing emoji. Alongside looking after her health with nutritious ginger shots, Brittany showed off the grueling workouts behind her enviable physique.
In November, Brittany demonstrated her stunning flexibility as she shared a new workout with her 2 million Instagram followers. Rocking skintight leggings and a tiny sports bra, she strapped two hefty 20lbs weights to her bar as she began the workout with a sweat-inducing lift. She then advanced to other stretches, including grueling crunches with dumbells on her belly.
