With the final days of 2024 upon us, it appears the new year could be a big one for Kate Middleton and the royal family. According a recent report, it appears the Princess of Wales is taking steps to reunite the royal family amid growing speculation King Charles is set to leave his post.
As a result, there are suggestions that the future Queen is planning a family reunion that will involve Prince Harry. The belief is that Kate views life as too precious after the health battles she and Charles have faced in 2024 due to their respective cancer battles.
Kate to end family feud?
“Kate wants the family to reconcile. With the king’s health continuing to decline, there’s only so much time for that to happen. Kate is on a mission to bring Harry home,” a royal family insider told Life & Style Magazine.
“Kate doesn’t like waiting around for things to happen anymore. She’s learned life is too precious. She fears time is running out. She’s already reached out to Harry, who was receptive. The main objective of her plan is for Harry to return to Britain and make amends with Charles.”
The royals have been divided for some time, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle now living in California, and some people believe Kate is the only one who can bring everyone together. “Kate’s been thrown under the bus by Harry. He’s said hurtful things about her, and he’s brought the children into the narrative. I think Prince William remains very, very angry and upset and feels very betrayed,” Katie Nicholl told The Sun’s Royal Exclusive. “Possibly the Princess of Wales is still open to reconciliation in some form. I still feel it’s quite early.”
