Reese’s parents separated early in her childhood and her mother, Angel Webb, became the sole guardian of her and her brother, Julian. Reese revealed that her love for basketball comes from her mom. She said, “I used to go to my mom’s games when I was younger. She used to play in a little league, and I used to always go to watch her games on Sundays. That was something that was always inspiring to me.” It’s heartening to see the young basketball starlet’s admiration for her mother.
