Emma Raducanu may be edging closer to a return to the tennis court, but things are convinced she has already found a future career.
Raducanu has not played for several months after having surgery on both her wrists and one ankle.
The injury ruled the 20-year-old out of the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open, with her ranking plummeting to 280 as a result.
The 2021 US Open winner is working her way back to making a return, regularly posting gym videos and selfies.
It is unlikely that she will be back at all this year, with the Australian Open in January a likely target event.
Raducanu has been active on social media and one Instagram post showing off her art skills left fans stunned.
Alongside a video of her painting, she wrote: “Four years later I could head back to China just like home. I loved spending time absorbing the culture and trying my hand at something new while in recovery (I added a small detail.)”
One person wrote: “Impressive. You could be an artist after you retire.”
Another added: “Wow wow wow.”
A third said: “Multi talented.”
Days earlier, Raducanu gave the biggest hint yet that a return to the court could be imminent.
Alongside pictures of her playing, she wrote on Instagram: “Got the bug to go. Miss that.”
