British tennis sensation Emma Raducanu is the public’s darling. Raducanu won the hearts of the public when she won the US Open in 2021. Raducanu was spotted helping an elderly lady step off the bus and onto the pavement, in the pouring rain in London. This moment was captured by a passerby who recognized Raducanu and the pictures have won her adoration.

The US Open champion was with her mother when she noticed the elderly lady having troubles. The lady looked unaware of Raducanu’s fame, and they even chatted for a bit.
Emma was dressed in a pair of black jeans and a gray hoodie, blending in well with the crowd. Before these pictures got shared on social media, Emma had posted photos of herself in the same clothes. She took the bus to practice, which is how this incident came to pass.

Raducanu was last seen at the Stuttgart Open, where she lost to Jelena Ostapenko. A wrist surgery meant she was sidelined from tennis for much of the season. She missed the French Open as well as Wimbledon this year. Emma is unlikely to participate in the US Open either.

The British tennis star was recently spotted at The Amundi Evian Championship in France. It is a women’s professional golf tournament. Raducanu looked beautiful in a white dress. Emma shared photos of herself at the Championship on her Instagram account. It is a major tournament on both the Ladies Professional Golf Association tour and the Ladies European Tour.

Raducanu became the global ambassador for Evian shortly after her US Open victory. She has shown up at various other events organized by her sponsors this year. Her appearance at the Championship in France is not surprising. Raducanu has been plagued by various injuries throughout her career. But the player is doing all she can to recuperate.
