Angel Reese has revealed she is single after splitting from boyfriend Cam’Ron Fletcher. Reese, who is currently gearing up for LSU’s first March Madness game this week, confirmed the news on Instagram Live on the eve of the Tigers’ opener against Rice University this Friday.
Speculation that her relationship with Fletcher, who plays for Florida State, was over had been rife after eagle-eyed fans spotted that the couple had removed each other from their Instagram profiles. And now Reese has confirmed that they have called time on their relationship. ‘Yeah, I’m single,’ she told her 2.7 million followers on Tuesday. ‘I don’t got no man. Don’t attach me to no man. That’s all I’mma say. That’s it.’

Reese confirmed speculation that she and Fletcher have gone their separate ways
The college basketball power couple went on holiday to Jamaica together last summer shortly after going public with their romance
Reece and Fletcher met six years ago through basketball and grew closer during the Covid-19 pandemic. They first confirmed their relationship publicly in June, when the LSU sensation appeared on the 1 Star Recruits podcast and said: ‘Cam’Ron is my boyfriend, yes.’ nShortly after the pair enjoyed their first holiday together in Jamaica, where they even got matching tattoos with both of their names on.
The college basketball power couple — who both have NIL deals — also drank out of coconuts, went horseback riding, ate Jamaican food and danced together, as shown on Instagram by Unique Tours Radar Jamaica — a tour company based in Montego Bay. They also went to New York City together during the holiday season, visiting Rockefeller Center Christmas tree and Saks on Fifth Avenue.
Yet heading into March Madness just three months later, Reese is now single after her and Fletcher went their separate ways. Despite being back on the market, she is in no mood to jump back into another relationship. ‘I do what’s best for me, that’s it,’ Reese added. ‘I’m the catch! Let’s not get it twisted.’

Reese also took to social media earlier this week to hit out at alleged fake AI photos of her circulating on social media ahead of March Madness. The 2023 NCAA champion shared her concerns regarding the matter on X but did not offer to reveal where she came across the fugazi snaps online.
‘Creating fake AI pictures of me is crazy and weird AF!’ Reese posted. She later shared in a separate post: ‘Like I know I’m fine & seem to have an appeal to some but I’m literally 21 and yall doing this bs when I would neverrrrrr.’
