Chiefs Have Three Words on Patrick Mahomes Before Bills Game

After a 0-2 start, the Kansas City Chiefs are on a roll and have now won three straight games. They now sit at 5-3 on the season, with big wins against the Detroit Lions, Baltimore Ravens and Washington Commanders.  Patrick Mahomes has been pivotal for the Chiefs so far, even leading the team in rushing touchdowns with four, tied with Kareem Hunt. He has already tallied 2,099 yards and 17 touchdowns in the passing game.

Now, ahead of Kansas City’s showdown with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills in Week 9 at Highmark Stadium, the Chiefs are making sure to hype up their quarterback and remind everyone just how good he is.  Even better, the Chiefs used Mahomes’ own statement about himself as they teased their upcoming game.

On Instagram, Kansas City shared a mic’d-up moment of Mahomes during their game against the Commanders in Week 8. In the clip, the 30-year-old signal-caller can be heard saying, “I’m nasty,” after completing a pass.  “QB1 is nasty,” the Chiefs wrote in approval of Mahomes’ message.

While Mahomes’ Chiefs teammate Travis Kelce couldn’t help but laugh at the video, he also used fire emojis on his comment, highlighting his agreement on the take. Several other fans echoed a similar sentiment, with one supporter saying, “He right though.”  “He sure is!! Glad he’s ours,” a commenter wrote. Another one stated, “Real BIG DAWG energy.”
