A new Netflix film titled A House of Dynamite premiered, featuring Reese in a brief cameo role. According to critics, the film holds a 7.3 out of 10 rating on IMDb and an 80% score on Rotten Tomatoes, solid marks suggesting audiences can expect quality entertainment.  Reese shared a short clip from her scene, which shows her on a basketball court surrounded by children before the tone suddenly shifts dramatically. Later, she posted a reflection on her incredible year, writing:
