The Philadelphia Eagles have banned fan Ryan Caldwell from all future events at Lincoln Financial Field after he was caught on video abusing a female Packers rival. The shocking clip – filmed during Sunday’s Wild Card game between Philadelphia and Green Bay – quickly went viral, and internet sleuths identified the man as Caldwell, who works for a DEI-focused management consulting firm in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
His firm confirmed on Tuesday that they had launched a full investigation into the clip, and his first punishment has now arrived courtesy of the Eagles themselves, according to a report in the New York Post. It claims the Eagles will not allow the man into any future events in their stadium, not limited to just football games but also concerts and other shows.
In the viral clip, Caldwell can be heard repeatedly calling a female fan an ‘ugly, dumb c***’, while her fiance films the interaction on his phone. ‘What it’s like going to Philly just trying to root for your team,’ Packers fan Alexander Basara captioned the video on X.

‘Unprovoked, uncalled for. Packers twitter, help me out and find this guy…. this is not okay. I hate that my (fiancee) had this happen simply cheering for her team.’Â Caldwell’s profile on his company website describes him as a business analyst, and uses ‘they/them’ pronouns to detail his roles in hospitality management dating back to 2002.
‘The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace,’ a statement from the firm said. ‘BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously.

‘As an organization that has always stood for inclusivity, the conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values. ‘We have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. ‘We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all.’
In the video, Caldwell is seen shouting at the woman – who is wearing a Packers beanie – from his seat in the row behind. After a play is reviewed by officials, he is heard taunting the couple. ‘It’s not a touchdown, so you don’t jerk off c** in the air.’ Basara responded: ‘Ok, well don’t call her a dumb c***.’ That prompted an angry response from Caldwell.
‘She’s an ugly, dumb c***,’ the Eagles fan snapped back. ‘You gonna do anything?’ Basara’s fiancee did not appear to be hurt by the man’s words. ‘I’m ugly, I’m so hurt,’ she said, pretending to cry and later telling Basara the Eagles fan ‘looks like a f***ing idiot.’ Caldwell later told Basara to ‘shut the f*** up’ and to ‘turn around, watch the game.’
