NBA star Wendell Carter Jr finally confirms Angel Reese dating rumors after pair were spotted together: ‘That’s my girl’

Orlando Magic center Wendell Carter Jr has revealed he is ‘locked in’ with Angel Reese after months of speculation over a potential romance with the WNBA star.

Over the summer Reese dropped a major hint that she has found love after sharing a video on her TikTok account of a huge bouquet of pink and white roses with the caption: ‘that’s a sign, that’s a signnnn.’

That cryptic TikTok post came after she was spotted with Carter at her 23rd birthday party in May, with the NBA player seen capturing a video of his rumored lover dancing the night away.

In July, the Chicago Sky forward was also joined at the WNBA All-Star Game by Carter, who appeared to be wearing a T-shirt dedicated to Reese as they posed for a photo together.  Now one of the worst kept secrets in basketball has seemingly been confirmed.

During an appearance on FanDuel’s ‘Run It Back’, Carter said when asked by ex-NBA star Chandler Parsons about the Reese rumors: ‘That’s the homie for sure. We locked in. Y’all gonna find out when y’all need to find out.

That’s my girl, though. We locked in for sure.’  Parsons’ co-host and fellow former NBA star Lou Williams then jokingly told Carter that he was risking the wrath of Reese after referring to her as his ‘homie.’

‘Hey listen, way to clean that up because when you get that text message, “Oh homie?”  ‘I was gonna stay out of it but big homie, I was gonna give you some advice… don’t work that one now!’

Earlier this month Reese also appeared to confirm she is in a relationship after posting another cryptic message on Instagram reading: ‘ion [don’t] post my boo or my money just know i got both’.  ‘rebranding & yes, i got both,’ she added.

She also attending an Orlando game last week to cheer on her boyfriend as he threw down a huge poster dunk against the Portland Trail Blazers.
