Meet TayBritt: Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes’ friendship steals the spotlight at birthday bash
Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes are quickly becoming one of the NFL world’s favorite duos – so much so that fans have already coined their friendship nickname: “TayBritt.” The two were spotted cozying up in Nashville as Brittany rang in her 30th birthday with a weekend full of celebrations. On Tuesday, Sept. 2, Brittany – wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes – shared a slideshow of photos on Instagram, featuring her glam boat outings, birthday dinner, and most notably, a chic night out with her superstar bestie.
In one snap that sent Swifties and Chiefs Kingdom into a frenzy, Swift and Brittany clinked martinis at a restaurant while twinning in black outfits. Taylor, 35, added her signature flair with red lipstick and her sparkling “T” pendant – the same piece she famously wore at the 2025 Grammys.

It was a busy weekend for Mahomes
The weekend wasn’t short on style either. Brittany showed off multiple looks, from a denim-on-denim cowboy-chic fit to a sleek wrap dress paired with tan boots. Photos also revealed personalized robes for her and her guests as they prepped for the big night.
Swift, freshly engaged to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, has been inseparable from Brittany since entering the NFL wives’ circle. The pair were also seen enjoying a casual outdoor meal in Nashville on Friday, Aug. 29 – a sighting quickly snapped by fans and shared online. Patrick Mahomes kept his tribute simple but heartfelt, writing on Instagram: “Happy 30th Babe! Love you .” His mom, Randi, added her own sweet words, calling Brittany a blessing to the family.

A high school love story
The Mahomes’ love story goes back to their teenage years. Patrick proposed in 2020, and the couple tied the knot in Maui in 2022. Today, they share three children: Sterling, 4, Patrick “Bronze” III, 2, and baby Golden, just 7 months old.
