Wedding bell: How Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld Feels About Their Wedding

Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld had intentionally kept their relationship largely private, but a new report offered a rare glimpse into how the couple were feeling about their upcoming wedding.  Following their engagement, the pair stayed busy with their respective careers — the actress working on her big-screen comeback with “Sinners” and the three-time Pro Bowler focusing on the NFL offseason.

Interestingly, as D-Day drew near, both the NFL star and the singer-actress were filled with excitement and anticipation.  In an exclusive report by PEOPLE, a source shared that the couple was not only looking forward to their big day but to celebrating it with the people they love.  “They’re both really excited about the wedding — to celebrate with family and friends,” the insider told the outlet.

Moreover, Allen and Steinfeld had embraced the idea of building a life together and had found joy in each other’s company.  “They’re really settling into their lives together,” the source added. “They lean on each other, support each other [and] collaborate together. They really just enjoy each other a lot.”  The reigning NFL MVP and his fiancée had remained tight-lipped about their wedding plans, but Bills tackle Dion Dawkins let some details slip during a March interview on NFL Network. At the time, he mentioned that the wedding was set for a Saturday.

“Soon to come, May 31st,” he said. However, he later walked back the comment on “The Rich Eisen Show,” saying, “I ain’t know anything about that.” As previously mentioned, the Bills quarterback and the “Pitch Perfect 3” star announced their engagement in November 2024 via an Instagram post.  The news drew congratulatory messages from celebrities like Rebel Wilson and athletes such as Travis Kelce, Serena Williams and others.
